Join Rhiannon Faith Company for Creative Health Workshops at Harlow Playhouse.

Workshops are completely free and open to all - no experience needed!

In each workshop we will use creative writing and movement activities to explore personal experiences of living with and without care. Over the course you will make new friends, increase your confidence and build long term positive wellbeing and mental health.

After each session there will be optional ‘Care Cafe’, an opportunity to socialise and discuss mental health over a cup of tea, supported by a counsellor.

The workshops have been created by Award Winning choreographer Rhiannon Faith (Harlow Playhouse Associate Artist) and will be delivered by our experienced and caring workshop facilitator Finetta.

To join, or if you have any questions, please email Anna on info@rhiannonfaith.com or call or text 07763 255324

The workshops are open to everyone aged 18 and above. Please let us know about any access requirements at time of booking, so we can support you in the best possible way.

Please see below to read the FAQs or to access the workshop information as a video, audio file or large print poster.

The workshops are supported by Arts Council England, Harlow Playhouse and Essex County Council’s Public Health Accelerator Fund.

I have experienced truly outstanding facilitation over the 6 sessions. This has helped me feel more positive towards groups of people. I have been able to face difficulties in a better way - calmer and more compassionate
