CHAIR OF THE BOARD

Rhiannon Faith Company is looking for a kind and experienced Chair of the Board to support the delivery of the company’s bold and ambitious programme of dance theatre, working nationally on big stages and locally with communities on the margins.

Rhiannon Faith Company is Artistic Director Rhiannon Faith, Executive Director Maddy Morgan, Producer Anna Dominian and our wonderful Board of Directors.

Rhiannon Faith Company is an ACE NPO 2023-2027; this is an exciting time of growth and development for the company. We are deepening our roots in Harlow, developing our flagship project The Care House Project into an annual offer for Harlow communities; and widening our reach with national and international audiences, developing and touring groundbreaking midscale work.

Rhiannon Faith Company has ambitious plans for growth, pushing against the tide of sector shrinkage to deliver greater impact with and for our communities and audiences.

The Chair of the Board is an integral part of the company. We are looking for an ambitious Chair who can lead the Board and work together with the Directors to grow the company and push the boundaries of what dance theatre can do and who it can be for.

We believe greater diversity and a wider range of views and ideas within our Board is vital to making our work stronger, more relevant and more inclusive and we welcome applications from people that bring difference. We particularly welcome applications from people of the Global Majority, people with disabilities (including 'invisible' disabilities or neurodiversity such as autism and dyslexia), people with lived experience of social injustices, and those from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, and any other groups that remain underrepresented in our sector.

Please download the job pack below for more details on the job and how to apply.

Deadline: Monday 2 December, midnight

The Chair will have the opportunity to attend our December 2024 Board meeting as an observer.
